First of all I want to say the process was so easy. They were very understanding, nice, and friendly. They care about you. It's more then just selling you a car, it's gaining a friend as well. They asked me what I wanted, and they worked till they got me the perfect car and price. I have been to a few car dealerships and out of all I have been to, Kia is the one who has not only been there but the sales man really care about you.

I had a wonderful time here. My sales representative Morey M. was very kind and treated me with respect. He got me into a vehicle that I wanted, and ensured I was well treated during my wait.
I was in over my head financially due to the pandemic and they were willing to buy out my previous loan for what I owed, and got me into a new used car, helping me to save over $2000/yr in auto loan payments alone.
Probably wont use any other dealership again.

Taylor Kia of Toledo got me in a 2018 Nissan Rouge, i was so relieved, after having just left Yark automotive with the salesman saying how difficult it would be for me to get a car worth more than $10,000. they tried selling me a suv with a cigarette burn on the seat and over 95,000 miles. Brock is very friendly! Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Explained everything very well also made my purchase an amazing experience. Will not give you the run around, he is realistic with your options and worked hard to get us in the car we wanted at a great price. Highly recommend!!!

Brandon was phenomenal! He listened intensively to my needs and found us a car that works perfectly! I was pleasantly surprised. I do not usually do reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to. My daughter was in the market for a car. Currently this is the worst time to be searching due to shortages. We had found one on Carvana she was ok with, but it wasn't what she wanted.
